- By registering for our service you accept these rules. Breaking these rules means your account + points will be deleted. We
reserve the right to change these rules at anytime.
- Websites with the following content must not use our service: Porn, racism, violent,
warez or everything else which does not conform to international and local
laws.
- Websites with popups, popunders, popins or any other type of popup window
are not allowed.? No rotators, frame breaking or redirects are allowed.
- We reserve the right to delete accounts without cause or notification.
- We are neither responsible for websites added by users nor for any link on our website and the website it is leading to.
- "Spamming" is strictly forbidden. Do not send advertisements to someone who hasn't asked for it! Accounts of spammers will be deleted and they will have to pay for
damage caused.
- If you are caught spamming your account will be terminated immediately and
you will be charged a $100 administration fee and any other legal fees that
may occur.
- We are not responsible if there are any technical difficulties. We are not
responsible for damage caused by difficulties in our software, on the server etc.
- The surfbar is not allowed to be called in hidden frames, iframes or IMG-Tags.
- You may only open the surfbar in one window on one computer at a time.
- You may only sign up for one account.
- Users with multiple accounts will have all accounts deleted.? You
will lose all credits and referrals in all accounts.
- If you submit a site that breaks our rules you will lose all credits in
your account.
If you are caught trying to cheat the system your account will be terminated
immediately and will be charged for any credits that you have stolen plus a $100
administration fee and any other fees for legal action.
If any member causes any harm or damage or is responsible for AutoHitting.com
being shut down for any reason you will be charged a $100 administration fee
plus any fees involved in getting AutoHitting.com up and running again and any
legal fees that might accrue.
